Dreams Lanzarote Playa Dorada Resort & Spa

First up: huge thanks to Ariadna (front desk), Andrea (guest relations) and Vicky (front desk). We love you guys so much for being ever helpful and happy! Ari, you went above and beyond, helping me as if I was your sister. Thank you very much for the silent, invisible cleaning team. The little touches were so nice. Your hard work in cleaning not only our room but neatly arranging our own belongings was noticed and deeply appreciated. Thanks to the wonderful buffet kitchen staff who knocked out bite-after-bite of delicious, well-presented food. Our stomachs couldn't keep up with our eyes or noses. Thanks to you, I have doubled in weight and I can't believe there were weighing scales in my bathroom to remind me of that! Thanks to the activities team who put massive, genuine smiles on our faces as we experienced many fun firsts such as pranayama breathing, axe throwing, cocktail mixing and sjoelen. The water polo was crazy! Courtesy room offering to span connection between check out and departure was such a brilliant service. Evidence of the experience could clearly be seen from other guests who were buzzing with happiness. But let's talk about Bollywood dance entertainment. This is where I think things got a little bit ..... hmmmm... confused. (Feel I am qualified to comment given my Indian heritage). Saying that, entertainment was otherwise amazing! I loved every show so much that I even broke my self-imposed, public-dancing, hibernation for the first time in decades. Woohoo!

Kids club was amazing fun my 5 year old daughter loved it everyday she wanted to go had different activities daily thanks to valentina

We had an incredible time at Dreams Playa Dorada. On our first day, we were greeted by Rocco at the front desk who provided us with an adapter plug . The following days, we were in receipt of a five star service from Arianna and Manuel who were extremely helpful when it came to assisting us with moving rooms. The four restaurant choices are a highlight of this experience plus the spacious outside pool areas which provide a wide variety of beverages. I highly recommend this hotel for anybody seeking a relaxing five star experience. Thank you Playa Dorada.

NOT A 5 Star Hotel for Service , or Quality of Food and Drink .. more a Two Star Hotel … BAD Experience on Check in , we were lead to better had booked a Pool View , but they said just a Standard Car Park View , they wanted a extra €600 from us to upgrade us to Pool View Room , we declined and got a room with a dirty floor and built in Dirt to the windows that I had asked three times to clean and was told the Dirt was between the Glass and not on the Glass .. the food was disappointing.. we tried all of the theme restaurant except the Italian .. the American style had tough tasteless Spanish meats and frozen burgers.. The Thai style was the worst food and service I ever experienced anywhere.. was like two year olds serving food and pouring wines , no training giving as I said certainly NOT a five Star Hotel/Experience And Finally I had a argument for 4 out of the 6 nights over being charged extra for ordering a Baileys and a simple bottle of local beer Mahon as there were NOT INCLUDED in the FULLY / Full Board including Drinks special that we paid a extra €700 for at time of booking over the B&B rate ..the last two night s I just gave up and left the resort and went to a local bar/ restaurant for our bottle of beers and baileys .. some of the staff were pleasant but a lot were also rude especially one of the restaurant catering Manager .. he and his team just let the whole resort down … we were Not felt welcome , again not the service you expected from a Hotel and the Price we paid …

Here now oh my days what a disappointment, staff in portofino literally ignores us , an hour and 29 minutes after ordering and the plates have not been cleared and waiting for the desert menu, had to ask 3 times for another drink. Asked for water with the meal and only 2 glasses between 5 of us. Asked to speak to their manager and he will be in contact tomorrow!!! After being woken up at 5.45am because of the people above who thought it was acceptable to shout at their kids and then stomp about in high heels, this is not good enough, not a dream a bloody nightmare

I have been to this Exceedingly Excellent 5 Star Award Winning Hotel called Dreams Lanzarote Playa Dorada Resort and Spa a few year's ago approximately. All of the Staff whom all work in Collaboration with each other at this Exceptionally Beautiful and Charming and very clean and immaculate 5 Star Award Winning Hotel itself are all very kind, courteous, educated, dedicated, and very intelligent and very knowledgeable people themselves and they all have Extremely lovely personalities themselves as well. Dreams Lanzarote Playa Dorada Resort and Spa is known for being a luxurious, all-inclusive family resort in a prime, beachfront location in Playa Blanca, and it offers extensive amenities like multiple pools(some of them which have waterslides), and a waterpark, and this Exceedingly Excellent 5 Star Award Winning Hotel itself has diverse dining with six restaurants altogether. The Outdoor Swimming Pool itself is very relaxing and very Beautiful indeed and I thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the outdoor swimming pool when I stayed at Dreams Lanzarote Playa Dorada Resort and Spa a couple of year's ago approximately. The Food Hygiene Rating's at this Exceedingly Excellent 5 Star Award Winning Hotel itself have Exceedingly Excellent 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating's. The Tomato Soup which I had at this Exceptionally Beautiful and Charming Hotel itself was very delicious and tasty and very Beautiful indeed. When I stayed at this Exceptionally Beautiful and Glorious and Charming and very pretty 5 Star Award Winning Hotel called Dreams Lanzarote Playa Dorada Resort and Spa all of the Staff were all Extremely lovely people towards me themselves all of the time and they also have very good communication skills themselves as well. The Earl Grey Tea and Cappuccino Coffee at this Exceptionally Beautiful and Charming Hotel itself are both very nice drinks indeed. Since I don't drink alcohol at all I only had tea and coffee and a glass of water. In addition to that it has a Stunning Beachfront Setting located directly on Playa Dorada Beach with Ocean views, which are steps away from Marina Rubicon. The Room I stayed in was very comfortable and very relaxing indeed. This Exceedingly Excellent 5 Star Award Winning Hotel called Dreams Lanzarote Playa Dorada Resort and Spa has a very good reputation for itself. Lanzarote itself is a very clean and immaculate place indeed and also Lanzarote is a very Beautiful place indeed as well for both locals and tourists. I would definitely like to come and stay at this Exceedingly Excellent 5 Star Award Winning Hotel called Dreams Lanzarote Playa Dorada Resort and Spa again in the Foreseeable Future all being well which also has an Exceedingly Excellent Location itself. This Exceptionally Beautiful and Charming and very clean and immaculate 5 Star Award Winning Hotel itself is Extremely Popular with everybody including myself. In addition to that once again Spain itself is a very Beautiful and Pretty country indeed. The Ice-Creams which I had at Dreams Lanzarote Playa Dorada Resort and Spa are very delicious and very tasty indeed. The Owner of this Exceedingly Excellent 5 Star Award Winning Hotel called Dreams Lanzarote Playa Dorada Resort and Spa employs very reliable, trustworthy, hard-working and very friendly staff to come and work at this Hotel itself. The Value of this Exceptionally Beautiful and Charming 5 Star Award Winning Hotel seems very reasonable indeed.

Had another great holiday at Dreams , enjoy the food, spotlessly clean, lovely bedrooms. The location is perfect, a lovely beach a few minutes walk away. Entertainment is hit and miss , having said that everyone has different taste and we have seen some that we have really enjoyed . Difficult to please everyone , maybe a disco one evening where people could have dance. The staff here are amazing , I can’t name them all , but guest relations , the front desk and the chaps who take our luggage to the rooms. The cleaners who work so hard and always smiling, the staff who stock the fridge everyday and the staff in the restaurants. A big thank you to Marta , Sandra , Danielle , and all guest relations for making us feel so welcome. Erich and Wallis. Apologies but can’t remember everyone’s name. This is the 4th time we have stayed at Dreams and every time we enjoy our stay. The hotel is centrally located snd has not only the main self service restaurant but a number of restaurants either waiter service. The food is good for me as being a vegetarian it has a good selection of options at all meals, We enjoy the Preffered Club rooms which gives you access to more pools and you receive water, coke, orange juice and beer. All the staff are excellent and look after all their guests very well. It was my birthday while at the hotel and without any prompting I received a letter, a cake and a small bottle of cava in our room. Thank you so much guests experience team. We love this hotel and will be back.

Large hotel in good spot, approximately halfway between the marina and the town. Nice entrance with, while we were there lots of beautiful lit up Xmas trees. The Christmas decorations were spectacular. The staff were very friendly, including Jorge in the various restaurants who rushed around and who I said I would mention. The food was fine but what kind of hotel runs out of butter and only had margarine and then runs out of the decent, all inclusive rioja? We had a great view from our room though it was a long trail down the corridor. It had been modernised with a huge tv but a small shower room and a separate toilet, old fashioned and unhygienic Plenty of hanging but few drawers. This the third Hyatt hotel we have stayed in this year and the poorest of them, but the other two were 5*

Absolutely avoid. Food is terrible quality. Hardly anything available to customers unless you pay for "preferred club" at a ridiculous premium. Very miserable staff. Air conditioning in 3 rooms faulty for a full week, ceiling dripping the entire time and unresolved after a week. Many more issues with the hotel simply do not waste your money here.
