The F+B team was very good. The HOD was especially attentive and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, we feel as though the reception team was not as solid. On check-in, we felt like an inconvenience, even though there was no one else there. We were not given important details such as the breakfast times or details about the pool. When we later went to ask about these details, we found that there was no one at reception. And one time, the F+B HOD came to help us. The F+B HOD was definitely the stand out for us, and made our stay nice.

The pillows were awful, I was unable to sleep and I presumed that the rooms had air con.
JP朝食にあるトマト煮込みがとてもおいしかった。ロケーションも極めてよく、周辺のレストランにも行きやすい場所であった。
熱波が来ている中で、ややエアコンは弱かったようには感じた。また、WiFiの速度は速いとはいえないものではあった。

Carpeting around the hotel and in the room .. old dirty badly stained . Dangerous shower . Have to step up and over into a bath … no slip mat and no safety handles to hold . Have stayed in much better novotel’s
