Incredible property with excellent restaurants. The estate is beautiful and all the decor is fantastic! Beds are very comfy too!

Good stay, excellent hospitality.

We had a fantastic weekend in the Hunter's Yard over the final weekend of the Golf Legends tour. The room was fantastic- the only quibble was a lack not drawer space. Great coffee-maker, bathroom was gorgeous and the bed was very comfortable. The food in the Hound was excellent. One of the staff saved my day when I managed to lock the safe which then wouldn't unlock. He had it sorted in minutes. Clodagh in the equestrian centre was excellent, really enjoyed our trail ride. The gym was well-equipped. The pool is lovely- the only quibble is the floor around the pool is potentially very slippy. Overall a fabulous stay.

This is a fabulous Hotel and estate in Thomastown, in the beautiful county of Kilkenny. Going to guess it’s approx less than two hours from Dublin Airport. The facilities are stunning as is the world class golf course. The grounds are vast and lush. Plenty of walks. Our room was very comfortable as always. Dinner for us was twice in the Hound restaurant and the food and service was first class. When away in any hotel there are always minor issues that arise but in this case any such were very petty and addressed and sorted immediately. Special mention to the breakfast crew. Mary and her two daughters were exceptional. Also specific thanks to Rosalie, Edison, David, Oscar and Edison in front of house. But honestly all of the staff go out of their way to make us guests feel completely at home. And they are always ready for a chat.

There for a few days for a 70th birthday. There was a few high end hotels in the mix across the country, but after staying the consensus is this was absolutely the right decision. Everything about the stay was perfect. It might cost a bit, but worth every penny and some.

We stayed in the Manor House in March for a family celebration, there were 10 of us. It was a wonderful weekend. The staff were amazing, extremely friendly, helpful and attentive in a non intrusive way. They took note of simple requests made on Friday and made sure they were brought to our table at all times for the rest of the weekend. We ate in the Lady Gregory on the Saturday evening, it was a beautiful meal and interchanging between the tasting menus, ie. vegan or vegetarian courses were offered to those of us who did not like the options available on general tasting menu. This made everyone’s meal more enjoyable. All of this was under the watchful eye of Jimmy, the duty manager who constantly made us feel welcome and also at home in this beautiful hotel. I cannot thank Mt Juliet enough for making what was a special weekend even better. R

This is one of the most amazing resorts/hotels I have been to ever. The grounds are beautiful upon entry and once you arrive, everything inside is as wonderful as outside. After getting greeted at the gate by friendly folks, they took care of the car and the luggage with ease. The check in process was smooth, the restaurant and bar were delicious, and the rooms were clean and very comfortable. The included breakfast was especially delicious with a beautiful view of the golf course. We were only here one night, but I wish we stayed in this hotel for a week because it was absolutely amazing.

The facilities on the estate are top class, from the river walk to the championship golf course. The Manor House provides old world elegance and style. The service provided by all the staff throughout the estate was excellent. We have stayed in the Manor house many times and it never fails to deliver a top quality experience. We will be back
