O Box do banheiro com limo nos rejuntes dos azulejos com a impressão de sujeira grossa, tirando o conforto na hora banho. Precisam remover as sujeiras que estão entre os azulejos.

Localização e limpeza.

O fato da piscina e academia ( que seriam para uso dos hóspedes) serem compartilhadas com aulas de natação e pilates ministradas para o público em geral por outra empresa. Com o agravante que o hotel não alertou e nem deu explicação sobre o fato.
