Emerald Beach Resort

Place is a bit dated could use a facelift. Staff was friendly. food in the restaurant was ok. Drinks were pricey. Grounds could be cleaner. Pool was fine. Location was fine if you rent a car. We had a good vacation probably would go back if the places was remodeled

The location

The rooms did not have a microwave. So if you bought food and wanted to heat it up later you couldn’t. The outlets needed to be clean. The fan didn’t had any light also the TV had only 2 channels to watch.

It was okay. Great location for a one night stay near the airport.

It was obviously an older property. The staff at restaurant were very nice, but they definitely needed more help. Meals took forever.

Disappointed with overall experience. Property is dirty staff is not helpful. The only positive is it’s on the beach and walking distance to the airport. Couldn’t wait to checkout

Excellent cleanliness, rooms are exceptionally modern and comfortable, clean. Beautiful hotel Mari the airport. It had its own private beach and swimming pool . Twos bars and restaurant. Perfect all around place to stay. Balcony of the beach and sunset views.

The cleaning ladies make too much noise in the halls early in the morning waking people up from a good sleep. The doors to the reception check in area should be automatic open and close. It was hard entering with all our bags. No elevator service to the 2 nd floor. Shower was a bit dirty. New Grouting needed on the tiles floors.

Beautiful beach, superb location, older but clean hotel, room had a couple of issues, staff was very friendly and helpful throughout. Not upscale but we weren't looking for that. Airport noise did not bother us but the roosters and other birds in the middle of the night did and we wish they would manage those better somehow. Would stay again...

I experienced the worst service possible here in a server myself so it takes a lot for me to go out of my way and say another server is bad but I stayed here 3 days and not once did I get good service the restraunt is horrible service we had to literally walk up to the bar for drinks to order and for our tab. I asked the server for a glass of orange juice before I even ordered breakfast and I had to remind him 3 times for him to get it for me and he finally gave me it after I had finished my entire meal I didn’t even want it at that point and then to top it all off gratuity is included I do not belive he did anything at all to earn that tip and that’s coming from a server myself it takes a lot for me to say another server doesn’t deserve a tip
