Emerald Beach Resort

Miskitos were the worst part . Old bed making noise . All furniture are old . Property needs major remodeling. I will not return

My experience at Caribbean fusion was absolutely horrible my Waitress Nathalie was annoyingly slow. She had No customer service did not greet us. The couple at the table behind us literally had to ask her to come back to the table when they left because she refused to She just acted like she didn’t wanna be there when you’re on vacation spending your hard earned money you want people to be nice to you and to give you good service and I did not experience that at Caribbean fusion. She should not be a representative for your company. She needs to be in another profession if she can’t come to work with a smile on her face

Honestly, the pictures do not reflect what the resort actually looks like. Very old, very rundown, food service very very slow had an after hours party going on by the locals under our balcony. Ended up not staying here and going to the Hilton and for what you charge tonight unacceptable. Stay far away from this resort. We did not feel safe!

We had a fantastic week at Emerald Beach, the beach was awesome and you just walk out the resort to the beach. No added fees for chairs. Room was comfortable and staff very nice, but very understaffed in the restaurant causing long delays in service..bring lots of cash for taxis, that was our biggest expense. St Thomas is beautiful- would def return!

The restaraunt service was terrible. We ate their the entire time because we just wanted to go somewhere, tuck in and relax. The first night we waited 3 hours for chicken wings and two drinks from the bar and there were only 3 other tables... the wait staff came back to retake our order twice... It was really, really bad. You can't drink the water from the tap and the vending machines selling water never work so you have to buy it at the bar. For some reason, this makes the bar staff angry so they will take their time bringing you water. Everyone was pretty dehydrated when we left. There were lots of nefarious activities going on in and around the hotel. It was old and run down, unlike the pictures. The bar and restaraunt are one place. The beach is amazing though. Definitely cannot knock the beach!!!

We stayed twice, on our first night on the island and our last. The 1st night was relatively ok with the exception of the dinner which was pretty bad. The last night we stayed was terrible...our patio door did not seal closed so we got eaten alive by mosquitoes, the beds were uncomfortable, the TV only had 6 channels available all news channels, the bar service was bad - blenders broken and restaurant bar had no idea how to make drinks and didn't give us credit for our free drink. At check in staff would only let my husband check in which was different than our first stay check in where I had no problem doing this the first stay. The most upsetting was we called the day prior to our arrival to let reservations know we needed to leave a day early and asked for a credit with a penalty because we had paid ahead. They said it was up to hotels.com who we booked through. We contacted them and they contacted the resort and you refused to refund any money for the day we were not staying on our way home. So you charged us full price and then rented the room to someone else at full price. This was not ethical. Even offering us a partial credit would have sufficed. Had our last night stay been like the first this review would have been much different.

This was our first visit and probably our last. For being a tropical resort would expect cleaner and friendlier.
