Emerald Beach Resort

We stayed one night going and one night returning from the BVI. Close to the airport, clean rooms, restaurant & bar on site, nice beach, & helpful staff. We requested ground floor rooms and had them both nights. We’ve never had a bad experience at EBR. We’ll be back next trip down.

Excellent location. The hotel is right on the beach. Very nice to have complimentary sun beds and umbrellas.

The room was very tired, broken door handles, sliding door wouldn't stay open. No elevator or porters available. It made it difficult to carry our bags. At 81 years old not good. Curtains very shabby and the floor was not clean. Extremely slow service in the restaurant.

The property is beautiful and everyone is so kind

We stayed here because it’s close to airport and we were leaving the next day. Otherwise we would’ve gone somewhere nicer.

For the size of the resort we were very surprised that we were told not to drink the water from the tap. We ate 3 meals there and it was just average, nothing great. A bottle of water was $3

This is a motel adjacent to the airport. Calling itself a “resort” is deceptive. No elevator. No bell hops. No shower curtain - just a half wall where you spray water all over the toilet as you duck under the equivalent of a kitchen spigot that randomly fluctuates between hot and cold. It’s also very loud: in addition to the airplane noise, you hear every conversation on the beach. Beds are very small and pillows/towels/linens are dated. This place charges a lot of money considering you don’t get what is advertised.

I've always liked staying here. Convenient to the airport. Great beach. The bar and restaurant are great
