Emerald Beach Resort

The room had a desk, a comfortable bed, and an adequate bathroom with a nice hotwater shower. The location on Lindberg Bay is wonderful!

Food Service was exceptionally slow. Very few staff to meet the needs of a large group of diners for dinner. For breakfast, there was only one server for 10 tables. Most inadequate.

Wonderful location on the beach near the airport and loved the taco boat out front. Very nice bar and restaurant on site

Hotel was clean The front desk and house keeping staff were fantastic. There is a lack of information no maps of island ect...

The bathroom had a hot and cold water regulation problem that could be a danger to.small children if not addressed we informed staff. The restaurant staff with exception of a couple were incredibly lazy, they were more worried about socializing with bar goers than waiting tables and acknowledging customers. We left without eating on 2 occasions after waiting 15+ minutes without even being acknowledged. One poor guy was running crazy while other staff just lazed around.He always had a smile on his face. Older man with a limp. If your going to deduct tips automatically you should treat your patrons like they Matter. Really disappointed with the restaurant service. The food was excellent 👌 Cheers to the cooks.

The proximity to the airport

What’s up with the water? Staff were advising us to drink bottled water but there were no signs posted anywhere advising us to do this.

Smelling of marijuana all around! Also: cruise people coming and occupying most of the beach.

We just stayed here overnight after staying in the BVI to catch our plane in the morning. For $425 a night, I expected a lot more. The services at the bar restaurant were slow- reallly slow. I can understand when the cruise patron were on site during lunch, but even during dinner (there were only three other tables) the wait was ridiculous. At dinner, the waitress told us to go to the bar to get our own drinks because it would take her to long to make- when we went to cash out, she would not accept cash (this was not a problem at lunch) and when I tried to add it to my room (as printed on the receipt) I was told “we don’t that either” so credit card, it was. We have currently been sitting for 20 minutes waiting to get something for breakfast, have not seen a soul- and there are only two other tables seated. I would give the rooms two stars- badly painted over wood in the bathroom and sleeping area. Next time, we will forego the “convenience” of bringing close to the airport, stay farther away for half the price.

This Hotel was Great!! The oceanfront rooms, bar on the beach and the pizzas there are sooo good!! Not high class but they make you feel welcomed. Best beach best location. Would recommend to everyone!! Also call Cleo for tour/ taxi 713- 515-5455 he goes all out for you!!

the wait for food was extremely long!!! The place was dated and overpriced! Beach lounge chairs were uncomfortable with no padding and towels were small and worn. There wasnt enough chairs for pool area and needed more umbrellas! Bathrooms were clean but needed updated & bottled water was not offered for coffee machines in the room
