Just an overnight stay on the way back to the UK, stayed many times in the past and can't fault the Hotel. The room looked as if it had been refurbished since my last stay, and the friendly service remains the same. Very comfortable and convenient, working air con ( a plus point ), secure car park, good in house restaurant. Perfect for my purposes, as I am normally travelling through from North to South France and vice versa.

Hotel is a good basic hotel with the added bonus of a reasonable restaurant.Finding the hotel without sat navigation can be a challenge as the entrance is through a shopping centre car park.Overall good value

myself my wife and our dog stayed overnight on our way south, the hotel was conveniently situated just off the ring road , the free parking was secure and, although not in a scenic area the hotel was very quiet,. the staff were welcoming and the room was spotless and comfortable,.
We ate in the restaurant, the Menu Bistro was excellent value and the service was prompt and efficient. We will definitely be using this hotel again.

A very well presented hotel , everything clean and welcoming...this was our third stay and we will always use Ibis.
We returned to the hotel quite late at night and asked for coffee and a late night brandy....it was all served perfectly...the coffee was very good and we were asked if there was anything else we needed.
Any guests needing a perfect, well priced hotel near the centre of Chatres will be delighted with this hotel and the staff.

If you want a good night's sleep,attentive staff and a locked car park while travelling through France,you cannot do better than this hotel.On this occasion it was my wife's birthday and they were particularly nice to us both.Mickael in the restaurant was very helpful and the food arrived quickly and was beautiful.

We stayed here for one night in early October 2014. It was convenient as it is just over an hour to the outskirts of Paris where we returned our hire car. The hotel was very clean, modern and the staff were very helpful. The staff were happy to help people carry their bags to the first floor, as there was no lift. The food in the restaurant was good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone as it is a good stopover place when travelling.

The hotel was fine, as all Ibis hotels are. The room was not very spacious, but it was ok. What is really bad is that they don't have an elevator/lift and, when you have heavy luggage, well... it was not nice.
The staff was helpful and friendly - which made up for the fact they couldn't speak English. At all.
The wi-fi was excellent - simple to access, strong signal.
