Abdullah was so phenomenal and professional. We’re traveling with a group and lost our room keys and he was so patient! When we came down to the bar for a late night drink, he was so accommodating and friendly with me and my friends. So polite and friendly! Would recommend this hotel to my friends and family! So easy and fun! Came down with my friends for a drink after a long time. Abdullah was bartending and tending the reception desk and he made sure that we were taken care of and talked to us for a bit. Definitely will be back!

Abdullah was amazing! He was very sweet and helpful when I lost my key card and then again when I needed a beer at the end of the day.

Lucie at reception was absolutely wonderful. As I was staying on my own, I really appreciated how kind, welcoming, and helpful she was throughout my visit. She made me feel comfortable straight away and was always happy to assist with anything I needed. Her friendly attitude and professionalism made a big difference to my stay so thank you very much Lucie! I’ll most definitely be back.

On arrival, my mum and I were met with the best energy from your receptionist Tea who was so warm and friendly and carried our bags into our room for us. Despite the pool being shut which we were a little disappointed about Tea helped us to find the spa and made our whole experience wonderful! A character like hers makes all the difference in a stay and she really brightened our days! Thank you Tea!!

Stayed 4 nights as part of a tour group. On arrival we had been allocated a first floor room but the lift was out of action and I am disabled so asked for a different room. The receptionist seemed very reluctant to help and asked whether we could speak with our fellow tour members ( who we didn't know) to arrange a room swap. Eventually she conceded to look into the problem and after too much sighing and telling us they had nothing, eventually found a room. The room was small and at best average. The lift remained out of action for the entirety of our 4 night stay as did the pool/spa facilities - just not good enough Holiday Inn! Breakfast had a good choice each day until the arrival of several school sports teams who cleared out most options by 8.00 a.m. and left few seats in the dining area for us oldies. The dinner options each evening of our stay were poor - fish fingers and chips, pasta in tomato sauce - really? This is living on the bread line not suitable food for hotel guests. And finally, there did seem to be a shortage of loo roll as we had to resort to getting one from the housekeepers trolley ourselves as replacement was not left and reception had no supply. Apologies to tour company we used but we will avoid future trips that stay at this place

Stayed here again with work ,lots off decorating and upgrades being done at the moment .Which may I add have not been disruptive in any way . I am an early starter so down for breakfast as it opens ,To be met by Linda or Paula With a warm welcome every morning helps you start your day off on the right foot , Always got a smile on their faces . checking in and out made easy with Tea and Waleed (hope I spelt that correctly) Loads of other staff I can mention but rubbish with names maybe next time

Comfortable room. Lovely restaurant, Tatiana & Ishma were very friendly & efficient and offered us a board game to play. Would recommend.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions, and as always, found all the staff very helpful, professional and friendly. Our room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and as usual a very comfortable bed. During our stay we ate in both the bar and restaurant where we enjoyed the food; and each morning we enjoyed an excellent breakfast, and were greeted by Paula and Beverley, who were welcoming and very attentive. There is a very generous car park close to the hotel main entrance. Our only slight disappointment on this occasion was the fact that the swimming pool was temporarily closed for some essential maintenance .
