Menu can be better Nice bar Professional bartender Took too long to get the order Lift is back to work £8 parking fee!! Some corridors are smelly because of room service trays

the hotel has a large carpark, the entrance is a bit slippery tho. I met Celine by the desk, she was always smiling and always professional and welcoming. The gym was well equipped too.

The staff are extremely helpful all round, the hotel is situated in a really nice spot, the food is great and everybody from Ishack, to the front of house staff and waiters cannot do enough to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Excellent!!

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 6 years. Excellent food and service from Nakeem & Saleem. I would recommend staying here.

Stayed here for the past week and had a good experience. Had food from the restaurant served by Saleem , rosy and ankit and had a good experience.

Salesman, Rosy and Ankit always provide excellent service. Really friendly and super helpful. I've been staying for 2 months now and they haven't dropped the ball once!

Was a great experience and it is close to shepperton station but I don’t recommend to walk to hotel from the station

Really enjoyed the service, range of food is very good, lily was a really attentive waitress.

Where to start Sonia the manageress lovely friendly lady Melroy one of the managers again can’t do enough to make your stay a pleasure Font desk You come in and you see tee and Louise they always have a smile on their face and always look happy That gives you confidence in the hotel The restaurant Rosy Raena saleem Again they are so helpful and helpful always smiling No matter what you want they always do there best to make sure you get it Breakfast You have Alison and Paula always chitter and make you feel like you are the only person in the hotel But this is all the staff I have only mentioned the ones I can remember there names I have been staying here for the past 6 months and they have made me feel like it’s home Can’t thank you all enough Not forgetting Issac front of house manager Sonia you should be proud of yourself and your staff they do you proud And all speak highly of you Thanks all Simon

We had a family gathering and booked 4 rooms, we all had a lovely swim then headed of to the restaurant for something to eat Tatiana was so helpful with our order for food and the little people loved her nothing was too much trouble. Saleem and Khajadra bought the food out and it was lovely and hot also very tasty we then had to order more, must be one of the best Holiday inns we have stayed at will definitely be back
