Playacar Palace - All Inclusive

We had a GREAT experience eating at Madre Mia Mexican Restaurant. Everything we tried surpass our expectations. Iván our server was A+. I will definitely comeback again. Highly recommended.

Staff were good .... Exceptional mention for service has to be Daniella at the pool .... Olivia ( server ) in Momo and Lesetta at the lobby bar ... They are all very friendly and provide great service ... We just spent 10 days there with family and overall experience was good ... the exterior is starting to look dated and the pool needs to be cleaned on a more regular basis we found the pool dirty and requires maintenance .... Food was pretty good.

Great Sylvia was my first waitress that I met that was so kind to me and my husband everyone else like Domingo was very kind and engaging in conversation , and a few that I'm missing their names were excellent top-notch amazing I had so many drinks cannot remember all the names, but everyone is wonderful💕

Our waiter Israel was absolutely great and made our breakfast time at the resort feel very special and memorable.

We had our first dinner at Madremia and Ivan was our server. He definitely made our experience top-notch. My friend didn’t like her drink and he took the initiative to bring out another one for her that she enjoyed. He was super attentive and checked on our table several times throughout the evening to make sure that we had everything we needed and always served with the smile. We ordered according to his recommendations and loved our meal. Thanks Ivan for your professionalism and taking pride in your work.

You made our stay for my 80th birthday perfect. Here are the names of a few people who went above and beyond to make our time perfect. Reception: Eduardo Cafe Mar: Andrea, Servers, Elvia, and Bryan. Lobby Bar: I believe his name was Roy. The bartenders were great. Italian Restaurant: Luis Madre Mia: Randaz. Note: I am not sure of the spelling. Our stay at Playacar Palace in Playa del Carmen was absolutely outstanding from beginning to end. The hotel itself is beautiful—immaculately maintained, with stunning ocean views, comfortable rooms, excellent amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind and enjoy every moment. What truly made this experience exceptional, though, was the staff. Every single team member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. From the warm greeting at check-in to the attentive service throughout our stay, their professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality were evident in every interaction. The staff consistently anticipated our needs, always with a smile, and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another reservation. The restaurants were fantastic, offering delicious food and excellent service, and the housekeeping team kept everything spotless and comfortable. The attention to detail across the entire resort was impressive. Playacar Palace exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a beautiful resort with top-notch service and a staff that truly cares about creating a memorable experience, this is the place to stay. We can’t wait to return.
