Elisama, Mario, and Abnger were great and the foot was delicious!

Dinner at Momo at Playacar Palace, specifically the hibachi teppanyaki experience, was one of the highlights of the trip. The chef ran the table well. Good energy, interactive, and actually entertaining without dragging it out or relying on the same tired jokes the whole time. The pacing was solid, so you stay engaged instead of wondering when the food will show up. Food quality stood out for an all-inclusive. Steak was cooked correctly, chicken and shrimp had real flavor, and the fried rice wasn’t just filler. Portions were more than enough, which matters when half the time resort meals leave you hunting for snacks later. Service was sharp. Drinks stayed full, courses moved on time, and the staff kept everything organized without rushing the experience. Overall, the hibachi dinner at Momo is worth booking early in your stay. It’s one of the few meals at the resort that feels like an experience, not just another reservation to check off.

Excellent resort in Playa del Carmen. We stayed for a week and everything was amazing. From the pick-up at the airport, Manuel and Carlos were so helpful. Eduardo at check-in. Dabur at Momo restaurant. Ivan in Madremía. Lupita. Everyone has been incredible. But no only the staff is amazing. The food is delicious, there are plenty of activities and you can totally relax. We had a great time.
