I was raised in this area so your surrounded by everything you need as far as restaurants, stores and the amazing Woodfield mall! Rosemont area isn’t far and the highway is there for easy access to the city of Chicago. The lady at the front desk was really nice and even managed to get me a toothbrush and toothpaste since I forgot mine

I’m kinda of picky with the way I sleep so if your expecting the most amazing bed at this property your not going to get that. Room smelled like old cigarettes as well which is kinda difficult because I’m allergic to them…This extended stay is a bit out of date and old but was still clean

"I request the Booking.com to help me to get back my security deposit amount."

The manager of extended stay America, Schaumburg name is Mihir who assured us that the security deposit is already refunded. But it is not true. Till now we have not received anything.

"I'll maybe stay again in the near future"

This one was ok. The area is good just a little dark.

I didn't like stands the bed was on . I was also in a corner room so it was hard to see my vehicle.
