Everything convenient and the location is perfect.

The room was big and spacious

Everything was exceptional, customer service fantastic would 100% stay here again on my next visit.

Staff and Service are very good and prompt. Rooms are always nice and cool and beds are comfortable.

Breakfast not as good as it use to be, Sheraton Aggies Grey has a lot more variety.

Front entrance very inviting, clean,tidy with pool and bar view. Probably ends there for me. Had the lunch special of nachos and taro chips, unfortunately it was floating in fat, cold and very unappealing. Breakfast was no better. Rooms dark and dungeon like. Multiple issues with the state of the room. Actually felt like a holding pen. Certainly wouldn't be a place I'd recommend or return too.

I liked the location of hotel, near the city centre and away from the noisy wild/stray street dogs. Breakfast was plentiful and wide ranging in choice. It was served every day between 6am-1030am allowing ample flexibility before day trips and most airport transfer times. The room was spacious and cupboard space was sufficient to contain all suitcase items. The staff were most friendly and helpful even assisting with dressing injuries and putting on my footwear when I couldn't manage it myself.

The floor space around the dining areas had many different surface levels making it tricky to walk around safely and meal tables kept rocking back and forth when eating. Hotel did not have its own shuttle service although they did have an office where transfers and tours could be booked but it was only open at certain times.
