Nice and clean, friendly and helpful staff. Buffet breakfast was really good every morning.

We liked everything, but there could be more variety with the lunch/ dinner menu.

Location was good, grounds were beautiful and gardens immaculate. Enjoyed the variety of plants and flowers seen.

Rubbish bins were very smelly, the guest dryer not very hot to dry clothes, sometimes housekeeping missed items i.e, mat for the bathroom floor, no water bottles provided.

Our stay had a few frustrating issues that impacted our experience. On the first night, the shower drainage was completely blocked and wouldn’t drain, so we had to call maintenance to fix it. On top of that, for two nights in a row we were locked out of our room because the door lock batteries were dead. This was especially difficult as we were travelling with two young kids, making the situation quite stressful and inconvenient. After raising these concerns, the staff did try to make it right by providing us with a fruit platter and a $100 tala voucher at the bar, which we appreciated. However, these issues should have been checked and resolved before guests arrive to avoid this kind of disruption.
