Wow- what an incredible place tucked away near UCC- the staff, the surroundings and the food are simply incredible. All run with a smile and an efficiency lead by Gerhard who is a hospitality aficionado.

My husband and I spent one night last weekend in Hayfield Manor, and had a wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived to when we left, all of the staff were welcoming and friendly. We had dinner in Orchids and the food and service was excellent. We availed of the Spa facilities, and again the staff were all so nice and the pool and pool area was immaculate.
