"Great location for Chester city centre"

The hotel is in a great location, near to shops and restaurants. It is clean and well maintained. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We only ate breakfast in the hotel and tj9s was really tasty and plentiful. The pool and spa area was clean and the massages we both had were excellent.

The mattress on the bed was very firm and there was no pillow menu, which we would have expected in a 4 star hotel. This was the only reason it didn't get top marks.

Really liked the helpful staff and great location. Room was comfortable

Car park was tight and very limited spaces. Bar was really busy so ran out of drinks/ice at times. But staff were so polite and apologetic just run off their feet.

Staff were very friendly. The bed was super comfy and massive! Had a lovely meal at the restaurant. The location was excellent.

The pool was ok, a bit small and felt a bit exposed with the big window visible from the corridor. Although It was clean to be fair it all felt a bit clinical and white rather than a luxury hotel.
