A wonderful staff. The hotel may not be new, but it is maintained reasonably well. The grounds are spacious, the facilities are well organized, and the staff is lovely and helpful. It definitely offers good value for money.

Keo is awful beer to be the only choice. I live on the island and I know that many good beers are available. Why serve the worst?

המלון מעט מיושן ולמרות רמת אחזקה גבוהה, זה בא לידי ביטוי במעליות, בחדרים ובכללי. אבל זה לא בולט או דרמטי.

amazing 10 days holiday in this amazing hotel. From the minute you arrive to the minute you leave is just amazing. upon arrival we was met by Michael and rudi with a cold beer in hand and a glass of champagne. Checked in and was in room within 15 minutes so easy. The food was one of the best we've had at an all inclusive, the Chinese was a personal favorite of ours. onto the evening the main bar upstairs was amazing and the specile cocktails they made each evening was very nice and it was nice trying new drinks. Jenny and Olympia always made sure you never had a empty glass The entertainment team were fantastic and how they go from archery to dancing is so good. Jamie the entertainment manager was always smiling and there to help his white night was one of our best nights but no mr PHAETHON for us. all the girls were fabulous and hannah singing was breathtaking we are looking to come back in October and again next year. Thank you so much for an unforgatable holiday.

Just returned from a fabulous fortnight at this lovely hotel. The welcome by Management and the amazing reception staff makes you feel like family not just temporary guests. The rooms are clean, serviced daily with towels, bottled water, tea and coffee and some toiletries. The restaurant provides a varied menu with themed nights and carveries. The food is excellent and there is also a snack bar poolside as well as a Chinese restaurant 6 days a week. Both lobby bar and pool bar serve cold beer, cocktails and soft drinks as well as self serve beer and juices at the snack bar. The wonderful bar staff are the best, friendly, fun and fast. There is table service in the lobby bar and on the terrace. The pools and flumes are clean and well staffed as well as friendly life guards. In our opinion, the entertainment is excellent. Throughout the day there are many activities to take part in as well as quizzes and fun games, quiet areas to relax and busier areas for music and pool games. In the evening the very talented entertainment team headed by the amazing Jamie Hicks provide a variety of game shows, cabaret, variety shows and there are also outside acts several times a week. Something for everyone. Overall we had a wonderful time and will return.

Good place to go and great choice of food and Jamie the entertainment manager is really good and helpful and all the staff are very polite and helpful as well
