Breakfast good

The king bed was huge and so comfortable. The room was great and quiet. The slat window shades don't provide complete block out but that didn't bother me. Wonderful atmosphere and surrounds but the thing that really made my stay special was the service provided by Renee on the front desk. So considerate and friendly, she took my needs into consideration and was super helpful. She also remembered me the next day and showed gentle genuine interest and kindness in our conversation. I have always wanted to stay at the Mansion and will be coming back for sure - especially when there is a great last minute special like the one that I got.

Travelled to Werribee Park Mansion to celebrate a friend's birthday with the high tea. Food was plentiful and they were happy to take into account various food allergies. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Would highly recommend for a special occasion

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! Breakfast buffet was very nice! Unfortunately the instant coffee machine wasn’t working and the barrister happily made me a hot chocolate to make up for it, all staff were lovely! Wish I had stayed longer and made a booking at the spa

Absolutely loved our Mother's Day high tea! The food was delicious, and the oysters were a standout—must try! We enjoyed a beautiful view of the hotel grounds, which made the experience even more special. The highlight was listening to the talented violinist as the sun set. A perfect day to celebrate!

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, offering a perfect haven of rest. From morning to night, there was an abundance of activities and amenities that allowed us to fully enjoy our time without ever needing to step outside the hotel. The experience far exceeded the value of what we paid for our two-night stay—truly worth every cent. We wholeheartedly cherished our anniversary weekend here. A heartfelt thank you for the thoughtful, complimentary gift—the bottle of wine was a delightful touch that made our celebration all the more special.

My girlfriends and I had the best weekend getaway! Huge thanks to Jarvis and the team for making our stay so special. We were greeted with a bottle of wine in our room and a lovely handwritten note—such a thoughtful touch that you don’t find just anywhere. We did have a small issue with the aircon during the night, but the night audit staff member was amazing and sorted it out quickly. We’ll definitely be coming back. Also, a big shoutout to the team at Joseph’s Restaurant—the food was incredible and the staff were so attentive and knowledgeable.

Our lunch experience was very poor. Our greeting was just average. There wasn’t anything nice about our experience, it took a little while to be served ( even though there was only 2 other people there eating). When we gave our order for drinks and meal, it took a while before drinks arrived. The meal was nice but that was it ! We were not attended to again, or even asked if we wanted desert or coffee or another drink. Very poor service indeed. Forgot to mention that we had flies all around the table all the time we were seated !
