Emerald Lake Lodge

The staff was amazing as was the food. The location is magical. We liked the beauty of the location and all the birds. We stayed in a cabin with a lake view and it was larger. We paid extra to have this type of cabin.

So many tourist are coming everyday. The lodge was just not as remote as I thought it would be. We hated the parking being so far away and waiting on the shuttle. It was hard to go anywhere else.

Great location to take in the views.

No WiFi's in the rooms and no upgrades old cabins.

The food was very tasty in the restaurant and the lake is beautiful to look at and walk around.

This is way overpriced for the stay. The rooms were small and very tired looking and smelt of smoke from the fireplace. Really needs a bit of a renovation. The fire was nice but it seems too small a room for an open fire. The whole property needed some TLC. They seemed very understaffed in the restaurant and the shuttle lady was not very friendly or welcoming and was quite rude to some people.

The location of Emerald Lake Lodge is truly special. The rooms were clean and cosy The food and service outstanding We ate in the main lodge and in Cilantro. Both were busy but staff were professional, efficient and polite. Special mention to Libby and Tom.

Views of the lake were beautiful. Loved the wood fire place.

Location for hiking yoho pass, however we did see multiple bear tracks and had to turn around.

Our cabin had day tourists walk past constantly talking loudly, which was the only bad thing about emerald lake lodge
