Room was clean

There was a wedding on that I was not made aware of prior to my stay and it was so loud and kept us and my young son up until midnight

We have stayed before. Looking really nice with the renovations.

Be nice when the pool is open!!

Just returned from a lovely weekend at a family wedding here. Couldn’t fault it. The rooms are clean comfortable and huge and every member of staff was friendly helpful and polite. Would definitely stay again if back down that way

We stayed two nights in a superior room. The exterior of the hotel looks like it could do with some TLC, including the building, car park and grounds. The room itself was ok, nothing special, with outdated heavy dark wood furniture. USB and plug sockets each side of the bed were really useful. Bathroom pleasant enough. However, what really let the hotel down was the food quality. Breakfast served to 10am, but this means that all the food is cleared away at 10am and you are asked to leave the restaurant (in an abrupt and unpleasant manner by the member of staff). Perhaps they need to advertise breakfast to 9.15 to give you chance to eat your breakfast (you don't necessarily want to wolf your breaksfast down if not a business traveller). Quality was also disappoiting. For example, I could have plastered my walls with the porridge!! The only positive of the food service was the way allergens appeared to be managed. I wouldn't rush back to stay again as there are better hotels in the area for £330+ price tag. I was unable to provide feedback at checkout as the only receptionist was taking a telephone booking at the time and just asked for my room number. This was my general experience of staff, who could benefit from some customer setvice training.

Excellent stay lovely room clean and tidy nothing was to much trouble

Lovely hotel. Very disappointed that there was no discount as the pool facilities wasn’t open and running. Room clean and spotless bed not very comfortable. We attended for a wedding and the prices on the alcohol were shocking!! £8 for a pint which wasn’t very nice quite flat that was the topic with most guests at the wedding too wouldn’t stay here again due to them reasons think the price list need to be looked at. Lovely breakfast this morning

Looking for somewhere to stay that was local to a beach and luckily this hotel is nearby Ogmore by sea. We had a lovely spacious room. We have 2 small children and the hotel went above and beyond to help us for all our needs. So clean and tidy Thank you to all the staff, amazing help

The checking is was above standard, very switched on lady on the desk with a friendliness to match, 5 star standard member of staff here. Having friendly staff makes a huge difference and it was a good welcome. The room, I was impressed with, large, comfortable with a desk to work at. The gym was good, impressed that a hotel this size had a gym this good.
