All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and Emma definitely went the extra mile to ensure that the whole experience exceeded our expectations. The building is a fantastic piece of history and well maintained.

I was greeted by a lovely young lady who couldn't do enough as i had arrived late from Yorkshire and was shattered.

It was a little tricky to find and would suggest a little more signage as the one on the roundabout was confusing as you only see it as you go past it and missed the turn off a few times.
