La cama era pequeña y no demasiado cómoda

The location is good, the room was clean, and we liked the ability to cast media to the TV. The Nepresso coffee machine was nice to have, even though it leaked. We would stay here again despite the small issues we had.

We were disappointed that ahead of our stay, we messaged the hotel to ask them if they can ensure our room had a fridge so we can store our daughter's milk in it. We should have specified that the fridge needed to be a working one as the fridge in our room didn't work. A member of staff at the front desk said it was a cooler, not a fridge, which didn't make any sense, however the hotel did replace it the following day. The toilet seat in the bathroom kept slipping around when you sat on it. It seemed like a cheap replacement as it was rather flimsy and too small for the toilet. Whenever you used the shower, water leaked onto the bathroom floor and the already low shower pressure was affected even further if someone in the room next door was using the shower at the same time.

Posizione super centrale, a due passi dalla Royal Mile e vicinissima a Waverley Bridge, dove arriva lo shuttle dall’aeroporto. Colazione davvero top, con tantissima scelta sia dolce che salata.

Il primo giorno, purtroppo, per un problema con la cucina non abbiamo potuto godere della ottima colazione. L’hotel ha comunque cercato di rimediare offrendo cornetti, frutta, cappuccino, ecc., ma ovviamente non era proprio la stessa cosa.

The staff were exceptional. Very welcoming. Excellent breakfast ,quiet & very central location.

Location was great.

Elevator was broken. Mini fridge in room didn't work. No room in bathroom for towels and toiletry. Walls so thin I heard every word of every conversation in the next room.

Our check in was 15:00 but the room wasn’t ready by 15:10. Eventually we were allocated another room

Very confusing layout. Offered to keep the bags after check out for 10 pounds an hour

Everything was ok, nice situation, the staff at front desk/reception was very helpfull and professional, one housekeeper (Monica) was great infortunatly she was assigned to our room only one day.

The Housekeepers, the first day we had one named Mónica and she was perfect in all aspects. The other 2 days they were slopy the cleaning was bad, on one day we had to call the reception at 10h30PM asking for towels, the mugs were dirty, one glass was left behind with water, there was some coffee spots on the bench,etc etc.
