Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, West Bend, WI

Our room had a noisy A/C unit and the room seemed to lack furnishings. It just felt empty. Also the sheets were really worn thin (in some parts of the sheet it was so worn you could see the mattress thru it). But overall, it’s a nice property and had a good breakfast.

Language barrier but acceptable

I am paying my money and helping clean.

I booked a king studio suite with hot tub. The room was only single room. Didn’t look anything like the photos or description. Room was dirty out dated and furniture was dilapidated. Tv only had crappy streaming services and with the spotty internet, was of no use trying to watch tv. Will not be returning to this hotel again.

Location, quiet, no carpeting in room, proximity to restaurants

Great value for the price, relatively speaking. The rooms are large and very clean. Premises was quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful. Grocery shopping and a variety of restaurants are less than a 5 minute drive from the inn.

I've stayed here three times this summer. Every time my room has been very clean and had everything I needed. The bed and pillows are super comfortable!

The building outside looked good and the floors inside room 200 were nice. Pretty much everything else needed work. Both the bathroom sink and tub faucets dripped all the time, there was a ceiling bubble that could be water damage in the bathroom, one wall was scuffed and marked up, there was a layer of dust on things, they could have bleached the sheets better and you could hear everyone through the walls and ceiling. They even had a chair by the desk that looked like they pulled it out of a garbage dump from the 1920's. It was worn and peeling well beyond its normal lifespan and should have been replaced long long ago (see pic). If these things are "their best" they failed miserably. I could have went to a cheaper hotel and got a better room.

The curtains looked like a cat or someone shred them. It was loud with the flusing or draining from the top floor. Bed was comfortable. And glad the added the soap shampoo and conditioner pumps in the shower. The chair by the desk needs to be replaced. Breakfast was okay. The eggs and sausage just came out but they were cold.

There evidently was kids above us running and being noisy
