"Although the price for the stay was great, I soon realized the reasons for such a good rate."

The comfort of the bed. Coffee maker in room.

Desk chair in really bad shape, which I couldn’t even use. While check out is at 11:00 a.m. I felt pressured to leave the room as they were standing outside my door impatiently. I vacate the room at 10:45 a.m.

"I would never stay at country inn suites again."

Nothing

The price was expensive, room service was horrible, made the beds didn't even change the sheets or straighten them out just folded the top cover. Hair in the tub and sink when we got there. No toilet paper, lights and microwave wasnt plugged in, door wouldn't hardly shut. The pictures on the internet make the place look immaculate and it's not. Breakfast was horrible, cold and burnt eggs sitting in an inch of water, horrible sausage and burnt. We wouldn't even eat it.

The handicapped rooms were dirty/gummy and were truly handicapped equipped. The showers were a tub with a handheld shower wind that did not detach from mount or adjust up or down. The beds were very worn and too high for a wheel chair transfer. The complimentary breakfast was limited and very low quality food items.
