Did not eat any breakfast location was good

The bed was very uncomfortable

I used to always come to this place and the stay was always nice for what it was worth I guess they have new management and workers now very condescending and rude attitudes also their charging extra for deposits now it used to be 15 and the breakfast is now I guesss starts 7:30 but they advertise it for 6:30

The leaning was clean and the staff was nice

The bathroom door kept locking the air worked sometime not all the time especially at night. It doesn’t work. I didn’t like how the bathroom was so small in the mirror was outside the bathroom that was weird to me. The beds were OK.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this Hyatt property. This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I've stayed at budget inns and Motel 6 locations that offered a significantly better experience at a fraction of the cost. The room was uncomfortable, poorly maintained, and nowhere near the standard I expected from a hotel carrying the Hyatt name. The most shocking part was the bed. It was so uncomfortable that the couch in the lobby was honestly more inviting and more comfortable than the mattress in my room. At one point, I genuinely considered sleeping in the lobby because it seemed like a better option. The service and overall guest experience only added to the frustration. For the price charged, I expected quality accommodations, professional service, and attention to detail. Instead, I was left wondering how a hotel with Hyatt branding could deliver an experience that felt worse than many economy motels. If there were an option to give less than one star, I would seriously consider it. Between the uncomfortable room, disappointing service, and lack of value, this was a stay I regret booking. I would not recommend this property and will not be returning.

The location was very nice and the breakfast is awesome I wish like I like there very Organize

The elevator it's very very slow and it needs to be checked

Upon check at 8pm in my room was not clean bed was not made, towels everywhere etc had to get another room..microwave in lobby at least put one on each floor if not in the rooms no one want to qalk all over a hotel with their food to warm it up now this might keep me from renting again

Very clean, good location, great breakfast

Broken elevators, loud ac, uncomfortable bed and very slow front desk service. Noone at desk for check in at 4pm and waited 15 minutes to check out because no one was at gront desk.

Old hotel in a bad area. Not at all like the website suggests. Elevators barely working, dirty carpets, bad coffee, no soap in bathroom, bar closed due to pulled liquor license, cracked tiles and old stained tub.
