"Not all it was made out to be"

The staff were friendly

Bad communication about having work on the kitchen and restaurant not still allowed a booking with breakfast. Offered a bagged breakfast snack for an extortionate rate of £9: Croissant, yoghurt, bottle of water or juice.

"Ok for a single night crash pad"

Location is good being near the spots you want to visit.

Feels a little run down and dirty. Place needs a real refresh of investment to make it above a 2 star.

"Will not recommend and has put me off of the brand"

Nothing

Room to hot. Shower did not turn off properly so was noisy all night. Poorly refurbished. Some was still partly a building site but instead of making these areas out of bounds you were just allowed to walk through them. No breakfast but that was previously relayed so can't really complain about that. Parking expensive and stay was expensive in comparison to other brands.
