Home2 Suites by Hilton Atlanta Airport West

My first room the shower ha black mold on the door and inside the shower and the room was not properly cleaned. The room I was moved to had hair all in and around the tub and there was a dirt ring around it. Anthony made sure the night person cleaned it. The morning of the day I left the bathroom door had air on the back of it like someone had shaved. I was totally done when I seen that because I was confused on how that happened. I have never experienced uncleanliness in a Hilton property like that before. There was trash when I got off the elevator and all down the hall. Anthony was very apologetic and accommodating.

Place was quiet & clean.

The front desk service was lovely, considerate and friendly but due to recent changes the house keeping service is trying to build its way up and being short staff does not help. The tvs in the rooms need to be changed, as they are not easily workable. Overall the staff that was there was nothing short of amazing and will keep me and my family coming back. Hotel is under some sort of remodel, but it didn't prevent us from having good time. Property kept safe and clean. Morning buffet was reasonably good, had variety of choices. Property itself located close to shopping and restaurants

Arrived to be told our prepaid reservation, which was made months in advance, was canceled due to overbooking. I had received a confirmation 3 days prior! Manager at the desk was unapologetic and unhelpful.

Arrived at the hotel with 3 rooms reserved. Got turned away to another hotel bc they gave our rooms away for a tournament.

We were very pleased with everything. Nice room. Good beds. Easy to get around. Staff was very helpful. Helped me print my boarding passes. Breakfast was good. The water in the pool was cold and would have been better if it was warmer. Other than that we would highly recommend this Home 2 Suite.

Our room was not cleaned when we arrived and the only other room was just one king bed and a pull out couch. Our party of 6 had to fit in there as there was no one available to clean the other room. There were no more pillows available for the pullout couch or the people who had to sleep on the floor. The one redeeming feature was the helpful employee who was working the desk and tried his best to help us through the challenges. He did manage to find us some clean bedding for the floor, which was much appreciated!
