Hi I was very dissapointed with communication. Was not told that this resort was closed and when I arrived on the day of check to my surprise we were moved to a different resort and was given wron info from 2 different people that kept sending me to different resorts, Very dissapointed client

Our stay had its ups and downs. The highlight was definitely the main restaurant and spa—both offered amazing food, outstanding service, and a truly memorable experience. Unfortunately, our arrival at the hotel was disappointing. The receptionist was cold and unhelpful, leaving us feeling unwelcome right from the start. The room itself was okay but felt outdated. To add to the frustration, there were no towels provided upon arrival. When we requested them, only two were delivered for a room with three adults, and we were told more would not be provided. While management did attempt to address our concerns later, the poor initial reception and lack of attention to basic amenities made the overall stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.

Love this property! Have stayed here numerous times. Staff is always friendly and very efficient. Food is very good and they have a wide variety of venues to choose from.

We got transferred to a different hotel when we arrived at Jewel Palm Beach Resort. As it turned out, the resort had closed down. No previous notification was given or anything. The hotel we got transferred to was not very good.
