"Pricey but adequate for our needs"

We stayed due to medical services at Cleveland Clinic. Chose the king suite. Room was large plenty of room with amenities. Very clean and the service was very good. The breakfast buffet was lacking with cold food. Dinner was much better. The hotel is definitely dated but clean. There was only one USB charging station that I could find so beware of bringing a plug for electronics.

"Incredible Experience"

The Hotel and rooms were beyond expectations. The hotel staff was Amazing. I will absolutely be back for more relaxing staycations in the future!!!

"Mostly good but not great"

Location was perfect because we were getting services at the connected hospital. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was very nice and staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was showing its age. Desk chair wheels were broken. Beds were not actually very comfortable. Water in the shower never hot hot. Toilets flush weakly. The room was clean and well stocked, with clearly marked pricing for any extras. Noise was not an issue. Traffic and ambulances could be heard, but given the location it is expected. The value is my only negative. For the cost of the rooms, I would have expected better beds and furniture. The dining options are limited for anyone with dietary restrictions. The food is also exceptionally overpriced for what is received. In room dining of 2 orders of avocado toast, one salad and one soup came to $80 dollars.

"Overall great experience right near the Clinic"

Very convenient location for Miller Pavilion at Cleveland Clinic, including frequent shuttles that take you door to door. Open lobby with comfortable seating. Large suites with kitchen area and separate bedroom. Reasonable rate given proximity to the Clinic. Rooms and common areas always clean and well maintained. Lobby was quiet and we never heard our neighbors from the room. Staff were all friendly and efficient. Room service meals were excellent and delivered quickly.

"Super...As Always"

As always, a super clean, super friendly, super convenient hotel. Valet parking is a breeze. Check-in is smooth. The room is spacious, quiet and most importantly....clean.
