InterContinental Suites Hotel Cleveland by IHG

Needed an overnight stay. Valet was great. Check in easy. Breakfast was very good. Will be back . Husband used the sleep clinic on the 3 rd floor. Very professional easy experience

The location was perfect for my daughter's interview with Case Western Reserve University. The hotel room, restuarant were all very clean and presented an atmosphere of home. I really liked the suite concept--I did not have to try and sleep with the TV playing until 2 a.m. when my daughter went to bed. All of the hotel staff (to include the valet parking guys) were just amazingly great to talk with. There was construction going on across from the hotel but the noise level was surprisingly low. If my daughter chooses to attend this university then my husband and I will establish this as our home for our visits.

Very nice hotel, and located conveniently to Cleveland Clinic. Suites were very comfortable. Meals in restaurant were fine, and restaurant staff very helpful. The only minus was the quality of the free coffee in the lobby each morning. Another guest referred to this coffee as the worst in North America ... and I had to agree. Tasted like it was watered down by about 80%.

It is lways a pleasure to stay at the Cleveland Intercontinental Suites Hotel. The staff are all friendly and most helpful; the ambiance is perfect; the rooms are great and the location is very convenient

This hotel has the BEST STAFF! Very hospitable and friendly - especially the Front Office Manager: Ms. Andrea and the Staffers: Chris and Carli. They are especially knowledgeable with my reservation needs and truly show they care that I have an exceptional stay at their property. My Room was very clean and the housekeeper very nice in replenishing my pillowcases & water requests. The Breakfast buffet is delicious and the restaurant Staff are wonderful too. Nina and Tony are absolutely amazing! They remembered my food preferences, which completely made my day. Highly recommend staying here. This place gives one a ‘home away from home’ feeling.

My husband and I stayed at the Intercontinental Suites Hotel in Cleveland for a trip to the Cleveland Clinic. They couldn't have been more accommodating to my needs and understanding of my medical needs. For an area the is steeped in medical tourism it was a perfect balance of the creature comforts for being away from home and the emotional support for the medical questions that we were there to have answered. We have already booked them for our return trip next month.

Everyone was great and very helpful! I was only disappointed in the buffet! The buffet ended at 10:30 and there was no new food brought out from 9:50-10:30. Hardly any fruit of potatoes! That is upsetting for what you pay for the room. We stayed because of needing easy access to Cleveland Clinic. Would have been nice to have a full selection of food.

My daughter and I had a great stay! I would definitely stay here again. The room was very clean. The Shuttle service was very efficient! 5 out of 5

I had the greatest experience ever. From Tajal at the front desk to all the waiter and the waitresses that served me the last 2 days have been phenomenal. Plus the Chief that cooked all my meals was the greatest food I ever tasted. Everyone who worked there was beyond fantastic to me. I was truly blessed to stay here and I cannot wait to come back again.
