InterContinental Suites Hotel Cleveland by IHG

Overall staff was excellent! Having the hotel skywalk to Cleveland Clinic is wonderful. I went to my appointment without having to go outside. The room was adequate; room temperature was difficult to regulate and the system is very load. This was my 5th stay to go to CC. I will definitely stay here again. It’s more expensive than some of the other hotels in the area. But, it’s worth the convenience.

We stayed at the IHG Suites hotel during our visit to the Cleveland Clinic. The rooms are great, but more importantly, the staff are delightful throughout the hotel - at reception, at the concierge, in the restaurant and in housekeeping.

Very clean. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast in the lobby restaurant. Convenient to Cleveland Clinic.

This is such a great place to stay, especially if you are going to Cleveland Clinic. This rooms are clean and very comfortable. The convenience to the clinic and the shuttles are fantastic. Great location. The restaurant and lounge were perfect places to relax and enjoy a meal/drink. The bartender Laura and the manager V were so helpful. Made us feel welcomed. WE will be back

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location relative to the Cleveland Clinic is convenient. The facility although very clean is showing some wear.

Everyone was very nice and made dealing with my dad's hospital stay a little nicer. Everyone from front desk to bartender to valet were all great. All spaces were clean and updated. Only thing I would say is check the little things in the rooms. Shampoo, conditioner, and lotion all needed refilled and batteries in remote needed swapped, but not a deal breaker. I wasn't hardly in my room and they took care of it right away.

The staff in Amal categories was wonderful, warm and welcoming and truly enjoyed their peers company. The hotel needs an upgrade, an odor when entering the rooms with carpets well worn. The king bed had divots where others slept and I tried to stay in the middle. I was there 5 nights and after the first adjusted to its quirks and enjoyed my stay. The shuttle supported by Cleveland Clinic a true bonus , too bad the hotel did not offer their own shuttle to nearby locations.

Great treatment as IHG elite . Friendly staff , easy checkin , clean comfortable room. Reasonable rate , good value for the money.

Hotel room and hotel was very clean. Everyone at the restaurant was helpful, nice and friendly. The food was very good. Two out of the 3 people at the front desk that helped me were, friendly, helpful and kind. The other front desk worker was not so friendly, never smiled acted like I was a bother, barely speaking to me. Overall experience was very good.
