Floor was dirty shower curtain not clean.

As soon as we walked in, 2 women employees were at the front desk yelling at each other.

bugs, you could only get clean linen 9-9 which was hard when we had basketball. the breakfast bar was nothing but muffins

Staff had children messing around at check in, professionalism of staff could be better, but overall they were nice. There was hair on the floor in the kitchen, floor was sticky.

This hotel is in need of attention. It is dingy and dirty. Smelled of smoke. Several students reported bugs. It was a painful stay for our school. The help was really nice and helpful.

There was no fan in the bath. There was no non slip pad in the path. Pretty slippery in there.

The room was dirty. The leather chair was stained, and I had to wipe it off. Not sure what it was. The bathtub was dirty. I laid the mat down before I showered in the tub.

**I was here because I was one of the thousands of people without power since Wednesday. Here out of sheer desperation to save my food and get out of the heat** Unclean-telephone and mirrors were filthy; bathroom mirror and photos are covered in soap and toothpaste scum. I went home to get my own cleaning supplies to clean. The kitchen floor was sticky, only 2 luggage carts for the entire hotel, air conditioner made noise all night, and the screen was missing from ths right side window. The kitchen trash can was covered in some sort of dried liquid scum. Recommend having a refresher course with housekeeping.

I couldn’t get a room when I showed up at 1am because no one was at the lobby and I wasn’t the only one
