The location

The shower was cold did not get hot. They had issues but never said anything about it during check in. Next morning I went to take a shower and it was cold. I called the front desk and she told me they were having issues

We stay here regularly because of the location & cleanliness. Also, there's a pool & fitness center.

I didn't like that we couldn't use the pool due to too many kids playing around obnoxiously. Jumping, diving, screaming & there were no available chairs. We waited in the fitness area & my husband used it, but they weren't about to leave soon so we left. I think there should be a cut off time for kids & adults can have the last 2 hours. Many places do it especially if there's a hot tub.
