Location was nice. I felt safe. Very clean.

This would have been a 100%, but it was only 99% due to the fact that the shower was not hot. It was lukewarm at best. Such a big disappointment, people like to have hot showers. The shower was nowhere near hot. That would be the only reason why I would not rent a room again, but everything else was amazing. Please get the hot water working in your showers. You would hit it out the park if you did that.

Staff is very good and breakfast during week was better than the one on weekend

There is no hot water for the three days out of four days we stayed there. Promblem with the hot water tank made our trip bad.

Location was good.

The breakfast was awful, floaties in the beverages for the mornings. The room was terribly updated. The AC unit kept turning on without prompt (even in the middle of the night). The phone in the room didn’t work. The shower sliding door would not stay closed. There was no cover of the light fixture. The room was not cleaned properly. The second room we were moved to had bathtubs but no drain stops.

Very displeased with this hotel. Breakfast wasn’t good very chewy and cold. Hot doest work bar is not even open. Bathrooms were still dirty as well as the pool area smells bad and water is very dirty and stinky and algae lile the kids were crying .
