Horrible. No hot water. No towels. Room dirty on arrival. Poor management. Had to leave the hotel and find another. The hotel has still not reached out to resolve almost a week later. We will never stay at another Hyatt. Corporate continues to respond that the hotel has to resolve but that is not happening. Please beware. I have never had to leave a hotel due to poor conditions, this was a first.

It was clean, had a nice breakfast, the bed was comfortable, the room was a bit small and the layout was a little different but over all good space.

The pool was kinda cold and the hot tub was colder then the pool.

Full kitchen was a plus and the breakfast was phenomenal!

Bathroom fan didn’t work. no towels at the pool. Asked for towels multiple times and they would bring 6 at a time when there was 20+ people in the pool, also not enough chairs in the pool area. Our thermostat buttons were stuck and had a hard time to get the room warm

The rooms make u feel like home..comfy clean

The hot tub was disgusting.parents left kid in there or no parents showed..to many in hot tub...omg it was yuck...oh the breakfast could have a lil more variety.like sandwiches u use to have a waffle maker..hot chocolate would be a bonus. Could of had more tp in rooms& hand soap for bathroom.need more chair in pool are for older people.

Like other reviews have mentioned. This place is absolutely disgusting and should not be offering rooms to the public in their current condition. I’ve never experienced anything like this where the whole facility just REEKS of cigarettes and possibly mold? Imagine the most run down choice hotel. This is worse Don’t get tricked by the hyatt brand. This is a slum not a real hotel. This is truly a scumbag operation lol
