The staff was incredible. Breakfast was great, pool was warm and the hot tub temp was perfect!! Our stay was incredible because of the amazing staff. The rooms weren’t overly cleaned and the condition of the hotel was just okay…but the staff went above and beyond to help us in any way they could and for that reason, I’ll be back!!

Dirty rooms upon checkin. No housekeeping services. No hot water in shower. Broken light fixtures, clocks/alarm clocks didn't work. Hair and soap scum throughout bathrooms. No towels in pool area. Served expired food and rotten fruit for breakfast. Political views blaring on TVs in lobby via 24/7 fox news. Wouldn't return to this hotel in the future
