Hotel Francis

My only dislike is the Television reception. Apparently, they are using a streaming provider for their television reception, and it was consistently "buffering" causing the viewer to miss portions of the show. If they continue to use this service, I suggest they upgrade to more bandwidth or fiber. Everything else was excellent from the staff at check-in to the exceptional room. I will stay there again.

The property was very run down. The parking lot and road going in was terrible. We went to have breakfast the next morning and was told they ran out of food. Our tv didn’t work and the air conditioner barely worked. Very disappointed.

The desk staff were very nice and helpful. Although the motel was a "Remodel," it was clean, the breakfast was really good. The negative was that the television cable service blinked off and on. That was annoying. However, for the amount that we paid, it was nice.

The customer service here is unbelievable. Everyone is friendly. When speaking with Maryan, she was so helpful and kind. She helped me more than I can ever say. I would definitely book here again.

Quaint little spot tucked away from the main highway. Best place to stay. The staff is amazing. Quiet and restful sleep. Good food and friendly service. They accept service animals. Plenty of room to get all my paperwork done. Tables out by the pond to sit and relax

Way too loud. Staff unwilling to allow late checkout even though i would have rebooked frequently for work. Not a good enough stay to use again because of their unwillingness to allow me to stay 4 extra hrs even if i paid a portion of the daily rate to do so. Had it not been so noisy might have been willing to pay for a whole extra day.

It seems each time I go, it gets better and better! Cassandra Delaney is the best Manager for this property. Including the owners, Casey that worked on May 16, I had never met, was also a sweetheart. Both, Cassandra and Casey made sure my check in was quick, offered extra towels and pillows. Cassandra makes sure all the guests are comfortable. We were at the pool, and she comes inside pool area making sure there's no dangers, trash, and guests have their pool bands. My room was comfortable, clean, right by the pool. Breakfast again was hot and fresh. I feel special when we come now. Thanks Cassandra and staff. Also, The owners for making this huge change.
