Hotel Francis

The place was under construction. The staff was super friendly, but the rooms were very subpar. Toilets and tub faucet ran constantly. Stains in the tub, no shower curtain. The rest of the room was fine and good enough for an overnight stay, but wouldnt stay much longer than that. It was being renovated so I can give them a pass.

Awful, nothing like the images online. I was traveling with friend who uses cane to assist in walking. Our first room, downstairs, only had hot water in shower.. When reported to front desk I was told they thought they was fixes. So we were given a 2nd room, downstairs, the front door would not open. Went back to front desk, had to be given room upstairs. Which was awkward for my friend. So our 3rd room, bathroom door wouldn't close. I called other hotels in area but due to events in area they were full. This was worse hotel I have ever visited.

Needs upgrades

THE REFIGERATOR STUNK SO BAD YOU COULD EVEN SMELL IT WITH THE DOOR CLOSED. FRONT DESK WAS NICE BUT SAID THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANOTHER FRIDGE. TV DID NOT WORK. HAD ROACHES AND FLIES. BED VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND NASTY UNDER THE MATTRESS. SHOULD DEFINITELY GET A REFUND!!!

Very good value

The road you have take to the get to the parking lot sucks. The room was nothing special for the amount of money. The front desk lady was amazing and very helpful. I beleive this hotel is more for "workers" than the general public.

Really nice place and the price is cheaper than those brand name hotels. Really liked that the breakfast started at 5:30 so we had time to eat before going to work. My only complaint is that they can email me a link for a review but can’t email me a receipt.

Really needed a power wash on the outside very dirty. Needed an asphalt paving concrete repair aesthetically not appealing.

Hotel is currently being remodeled. Television reception was fuzzy and the air conditioner didn’t work correctly so the room was warmer than it should have been. There was a group of guys playing rap music and drinking beer each night I was there. No exit signs or hallways were lit and this isn’t a place for a woman Travelling alone to stay. They are also overcharging for the rooms as there was dead insects on the curtains and the room wasn’t very clean.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I rated a 1 only because zero isn't an option. My family and I stayed at this hotel Aug. 23-25, 2024 and had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Our rooms had to be changed because the ones we received were not cleaned. The replacement rooms were not much better. They gave my 75 year old mother-in-law a room on the second story, yet they don't have an elevator. This hotel should be listed as a 1star motel because it was one disappointment after another during our weekend stay. For example, the bathroom ceiling had mold and mildew, there was a cockroach on the shower curtain, dead roach in the light fixture, the ironing board was so rusty it wouldn't open, no housekeeping or refreshed towels, etc. I made my complaints known to the staff only to get an 'I'm sorry, call manager Monday after 8am'. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND or return to this hotel! I will definitely be contacting the manager and corporate office regarding my experience.
