Premier Hotel Lybid

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times, and the last time it was the bad one; firstly I send my shirt to laundry for wash it but they missed it, second things when I asked for food from the room service always late and bring it to me without any cover, it means the food cold and not clean, third thing when I make check out the asked me to pay for the linens changed in the room it means the room cleaning for extra charge, and I was booked with them for 10 days and it’s will be the last one. The only disadvantage was that there was no iron in the room.

The restaurant has very good food. I did have a question,, I have stayed in this hotel a couple of times and will in the future. On 1 visit I ordered the puff and ice cream dessert , I received 3 puffs the next time I ordered it I received 2,, was charged the same price. Why?

Fast check in, good friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious coffee )

Quiet rooms opening to the backyard, comfortable bed and tastefully decorated and new but has white lights feels like hospital, some staff not good at English or that professional, request for cleaning the room was dragged for 4 hours after many calls and everytime they say ok. Very nice balcony. The main door and first stairs are old and spooky but from second floor where the hotel is it is nice.

Central location, great price to quality ratio, tasty breakfast, flexible check in/check out times, secure, luggage holding facilities, great views. Stayed two separate times, if I ever stay in Kiev, i'll consider staying here again. The only real negative - smoking areas only on ground floor

I would not get the breakfast, the orange juice was warmer than the food, most of the food tasted like it was purchased at the local atore. My room was very nice. The meals in the restaurant were good. Not enough salt and pepper shakers to put a set on each table. There was only 1 woman in the restaurant that smiled. The strip club in the basement, is great, if you like heavy girls, and air full of fake smoke that chokes you. The people that work there are very nice. The guards are friendly. It is a beautiful hotel. Very good location.

Very clean and everything i needed was available Good central location

Everything was excellent but the breakfast should be complimentary.

Location was good however, the hotel is so outdated with very old stinky furniture and smelly room carpet
