Premier Hotel Lybid

The interior reminds Sovet Union time with some renovation. But renovation was making 15-20 years ago. Furniture old, washroom needs new tile, rooms smells smoke. It seams clean, but with all this details u don’t feel like this. They try to make it modern, but still needs a lot of work. Location is great, staff as well. Even with all this for 1-2 nights its ok. One moment actually shocked me, there’s no safe box. And even not exactly this, on the paper, which they give u with key-card, written “the hotel is not responsible for valuables left in the room. To rent a personal safe, plz, contact the front desk.”!!!! R u serious?! For me this’s open message for staff to allow them still. U don’t feel safe here anymore. Its not cheap hotel, come on guys. They have bottle of water, slippers, threads and needle, shoe polish sponge, but safe box.....

We stayed for 2 nights in a Premier Room which was located on a completely renovated floor. The room was very cleaned, nicely designed and furnished. The location is comfortable - about 10 minutes walk to the main train station. Breakfast was great. The downsides: The shower leaked pretty badly - I did not pay attention while showering and ended up with a flooded bathroom. The bed linens were bad quality - made of very unpleasant material. Other than that, a nice stay. Would recommend, but try to get one of the renovated rooms.

This hotel was not great. I checked in late and the night staff were awful. I did not know what was going on. I stayed for one night before I could move to my preferred hotel. I would not stay again..

Only 10 minutes away from the train station and 30 mins walk to independence square this is convenient for getting around if you don’t want to use the metro (that is quite a way away). However, the decor of the room and hotel as a whole is old so doesn’t compare to the newer hotels. The major issue I had was with the level of English amongst the staff: all the signs were in half Ukrainian and English, but the staff could hardly speak English leading to a few mis-understandings/ them appearing rude. A good example was in the restaurant: one night we couldn’t understand the server (three of them!) and visa-versa leading to a two course meal becoming two hours plus with incorrect food. Other tables had a similar experience also on this particular night. So book with caution...

Great hotel although not well placed for metro as it is a fair distance to walk to the two nearest stations. The facilities at the hotel are very good ,but a kettle in the room would make it a lot better. Rooms and the hotel are very clean and well presented. I had a bad experience having breakfast as the buffet was almost empty and staff did not seem to be keeping up with it. Almost every thing that I went to get was empty including coffee. The other main issue that I had with breakfast was lack of seating and clean tables. Overall and apart from Breakfast I did enjoy my stay at this hotel.

The price the lobby with the bar and especially the restaurant was very good

There is really nothing missing. Breakfast is overwhelming for this part of the world. Staff is nice and friendly. Location is perfect, not to forget the pleasant room and international TV programs.

All good. I booked for 5 nights and I want to check out in 4 days and come back by the hotel after few days. The hotel management said that they can't hold my one day credit and give me back when I check in next time.

Staff always very friendly and reception professional and work quickly to get you checked in. Rooms are really coming along. I really enjoy this property having stayed here more than 60 nights.

Fantastic service as always. Stayed in an amazing new room just rehabbed. the upgrades were amazing, Really enjoyed my stay as I always do.
