Premier Hotel Lybid

I’ve used this hotel multiple times and each time, it seems quality is deteriorating. The keys always gets deactivated, heating regulator doesn’t work properly and the cleaning person doesn’t change bedsheet. Once on the fourth day. This is disgusting. Management must improve or loose customers. Thanks

Located in the middle of city. Very convenient to all places of interest. Very friendly service and great breakfast with a lot of different kind of food.

Brilliant hotel. Great location, 30 min walk to independence square or £2 in an Uber. Lovely, welcoming staff. Comfortable rooms. Easy check in and check out and felt safe with staff on the door and room key needed to use the lifts. Will definatley be returning.

The hotel needs a bit of money invested into it but overall it is decent. It is very close to the train station and walking distance to the Maidan. There are some decent restaurants in the area.

The staff was very friendly but the shower was small and difficult shower in.

A good place to stay for a night or two close to the train station. The room is very basic, but clean. The staff is helpful and attentive, no problems with check-in or check-out. The room is relatively clean, but in dire need of an update. The carpet is probably as old as the building, impossible to clean well.

Very nice hotel in a good location. Only downside is that since it's "winter" now, the heat is on throughout the hotel. The first few days of my trip were quite warm, and the temperature in the room was miserable. Opening the window helped (some), but the road noise with the window open, even on the 13th floor, was quite loud.

Nice hotel and good locarion and clean and nice emplyoer

Had a pleasant stay at the Lybid. Arrived in the early hours of the morning. There was a slight glitch with the booking but it was quickly resolved. The room was fine although slightly smaller in size. Bathroom was a good size.The service was good, and pleasant staff on the reception answered any questions. We also used the bar which was ok. We had breakfast one morning which was excellent, with a great choice of food. The location of the hotel is reasonably good , being close to the railway station and also the metro at University. We also walked into the city which took about 20 mins. There were a couple of places close to the hotel handy for breakfast, and also a good Georgian restaurant along the main road. All told it was a very good stay at the Lybid.
