The staff was very kind but slow. My tv wasn't working but they changed y room so that was nice. Hotel wasn't like pics on the site. My stay was ok.

Nothing like photos. Pool area not clean especially area around Whirlpool stones mold. Plants many dry. Replaced with plastic plants. Color faded . Overall not pleasant. Worse hotel I’ve ever stay. NOTHING LIKE PHOTOS SHOWING ON APP.

Great location for the beach, hotel staff friendly and comfortable stay. There was no hot water for the majority of my stay and the complimentary breakfast is just bread and filter coffee so I went elsewhere each morning.

Poorly maintained, room was nothing like the website. It was advertised as adults only but maybe the emphasis should have been placed on the fact that it is LGBTQ. Nothing personal against that demographic but it was a bit uncomfortable to see it displayed EVERYWHERE. Tiny room and bathroom

Location was great. Pool area was unkept and does not look like website. Bar was present, but hours of bar were disorganized if it opened at all.
