The night staff was not kind check in says till 11pm but she told us no it’s 8pm so someone has it wrong

Room was dirty and needed updating. No coffee with the so called full buffet breakfest-which didn't exist. Key entry card to the back door didn't work. So they put a tick on the door ham so the outside door wouldn't close. So much fir security@

Great location. Very quiet. Room was large and bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was not very good when I tried it Sunday am. OJ tasted bad, waffle machine not available. Staff was seldom at front desk. Room was clean, but stairs were in need of a vacuum, and carpet in hallways very worn. Rooms above back entrance full of junk and no blinds, looked very bad.

The breakfast was not very appetizing in that the bacon was more raw than cooked - rubbery. The sausages were a gray color - not browned, but there was one almost burnt sausage sitting on top of the pile. The bananas were an excellent level of ripeness - bright yellow. Most of the electrical outlets didn't work in the room. When trying to make coffee, the outlet kept tripping the breaker. The only outlet in the room that would charge my phone was the one on the outside of the bathroom wall. Bed was quite uncomfortable, and by the 3rd night, I was up by 5am because I couldn't lay there anymore. My final comment is regarding the carpet. It is quite dirty. Took off my shoes to get ready for a shower, and when I stepped in the tub & turned on the water, my feet left black footprints on the bottom of the tub. Trying to get towels replaced each morning was time-consuming in finding someone to assist, as well as emptying my own trash as there is no housekeeping service provided. As well, in trying to check-out a few mins before 7 am on Monday, I waited and looked around for someone to assist & give me a receipt, but that never happened.

Very run down, smelled, overall terrible property

The property is by a beautiful lake great views.

There was a bug in my bed. The lady killed the bug in the bed and told me not to worry I requested to be moved. It looked like it hasn’t been dusted or vacuumed in months. The phone had something spilled on and looked disgusting. They moved me to a different room this one had dead bugs all along the window seat. The toilet was stopped up! Very dusty the only reason I stayed because it was so dark and another Hotel was at least 30 mins away. Also I personally seen them leave food to be served for breakfast in lobby over 2 hrs not refrigerated! They served free coffee but ALL THE PACKAGES OF CREAMER WAS SPOILED!!!! That could KILL SOMEBODY. This was a horrific experience. They need to close immediately.

Bathroom was dirty bed was VERY uncomfortable and the breakfast as cold both days we were there! The first day they ran out of eggs and sausage so my husband let them know and they brought some out and it was cold the person just barley microwaved it then the second day everything in the warmer was cold because it wasn’t even plugged in! And so my husband was gonna make waffles and it was unplugged as well

The room was a great size. Loved the micro wave, small fridge, all the closets and drawers. The living area was a good size, had a table to actually eat at, coffee table, sofa. Owners very helpful at the breakfast bar.

Couch was filthy! Behind the couch was filthy. Shower courtyard mold on it.
