The staff was friendly and very accommodating

Cleanliness could have been better, as we also stayed at their cabins for a few days prior to our room reservation. The refrigerator was unclean in the cabin. We cleaned it ourselves, only to discover it was broken. They came in and replaced it for us as soon as the maintenance person was available. The original room we booked was deemed unavailable due to another guest insisting on staying another night. The manager was kind enough to move us to hotel that she managed near the Walmart with similar specs and discounted us as well. While it's not what we had intended for, it still worked out for us. Hotel manager gave us a discount for the inconvenience so we can't heavily complain

it was quiet and breakfast was OK

Those are mirrors behind the beds and that's a little strange because who wants mirrors behind their beds and it just seemed kind of old and like it needed updated for sure

Cute little hotel. Staff was friendly. The desktop computer in the main area made me chuckle. I was able to check in early and that was very helpful since we were in town for a wedding. It was close to the church and KC Hall where the reception was held.

Room smelled a bit like chlorine. Couldn't place if it was the cleaning supplies or actual chlorine since there wasn't a pool close to our room. In my opinion, the mirrored walls were a bit weird.

Location was good.

Hotel was kinda run down and cluttered feel. The lobby and reception were cluttered and staff was absent until you rang a bell. Breakfast was bad quality (juice machine dispensed juice with chunks of something in it, cold and seemed reheated, not freshly cooked. Plastic mattress cover made bed uncomfortable.

The lobby is cute. The sheets were clean.

This room was dirty, with the exception of the sheets. The carpet is very old and disgusting. The toilet paper is not individually wrapped for commercial use. It was a roll out of the package you’d have at home.
