Royal South Beach Hotel

Place was livable but : half the electrical plugs did not work, the shower head was broken and barely sprayed any water and so on,,,,,,,,price was in accordance to South Beach prices.

Great place will be back

We were suppose to check in at 3pm but didn’t get into our room to almost 4pm, they had only one housekeeper, they were slaving the boy and the front desk, the shower wasn’t hot, and it definitely wasn’t worth the money. It was very close to the beach though.

Overall hotel was ok the room was better than I expected but the hallways and lobby and elevator could definitely use some updating !!

There's nothing Art-Deco or Boutique Hotel about this place. This is a very old hotel building in a dodgy street that has been converted into condos. If you are looking for something super simple ( with Motel quality), it might be Ok, but then you probably can get a much better deal elsewhere. IF you are interested in a proper hotel, run because this place is nothing like it. I stayed in the property less than 10 minutes, returned the keys and booked a much better place on a different site. I'd rather run the risk of losing the $113 I spent on this room than stay there.

I love this hotel

Stayed there four nights. No one ever came to clean the hotel. And our water also went out....
