House keeping stoke some of my belongings, front desk didn’t care, hotel is nasty and dirty

Will never invest my time and money in this place again highly disappointed.its ridiculous how I was treated here by management

When we first arrived they didn’t have no where safe for us to put our bags after arriving two hours early, staff never came to clean the room the whole visit, twice our door was left opened a little bit because of house keeping, not bad location because it’s literally two blocks from the strip, bad wall plugs and the ice machine was out for some reason

I’m absolutely disgusting I expected a nice hotel THEN I GET THIS uh uh everyone I’m telling you right now DONT COME HERE floor ,bathtub, bed sheets, ceiling, walls ,lobby, hallways , tiny TINY elevator that creeks , and an annoying sound coming from the bathroom 24/7 , ALSO the utensils they gave us were still covered in food ,ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING IM HORRIFIED . I could go on and on the list . We first took it as a joke but then we relized how bad it was I would absolutely sleep on the streets rather then this , to the point where I am nearly crying. My eyes out . Point blank period DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL NO MATTER THE CIRCUMSTANCES

Ok for a weekendtrip but not for a stay for a few days.

Location was great , just a few blocks away from the beach. Picture posted are very deceiving especially the lobby.

The only good compliment I can say is it’s in a great location. You’re literally two blocks from the beach. Outdated, dirty, & the worst customer service EVER. The manager was disgustingly rude. The night guy at the front desk tried to solicit me to buy his mixtape CD he made. Overall horrible.

We got there around 1 couldn’t check in until 3 the man at the front desk took our luggage and locked it up downstairs and it was hard to find a housekeeper to get more clean linen
