Lovelly comfortable stay

Shabby Noisy in the morning with gardnera outside of our window,at 8ish. No smiles from reception.. pretty cold welcome. Barman was the best happy and polite.

It’s an ok mid range hotel which offers a decent evening service but an average breakfast one. Especially if you are keen for a prompt 7am start

Enjoyed our 1 night stopover. Comfortable room and a good breakfast. Didn't use the restuarant but the food in the bar was good value and the service was good. Used the spa for a swim and a sauna which was a nice bonus.

Shower pressure was terrible. Had to run around to get wet.

First time staying here

Average hotel with a great access to a pool, steam room & sauna. Good bar with a good selection of drinks. Room was nice enough with a jacuzzi bath but the bed was too soft for me. Cobwebs in room, corridors & restaurant. Breakfast was ok but basic. It wasn’t expensive so fine for what we paid. It could do with a good clean and a lick of paint.

this property was overall very good with all you wanted from a hotel and spa.food was very good buffet breakfast superb. rooms were clean and tidy and serviced every day of my 5 night stay

Great staff, good food

Tv did not work in the room, after 3 visits back and forth reception, quite a trek with a new remote, new batteries and "had I turned the switch on" it still didnt work. I was moved to a new room the other side of the hotel. Upon moving all my stuff to the other side, the new room key card failed. Back to reception again, to be told the lock was broken. Moved to a new room and all OK at 10pm. The receptionist was great abd supportive, but after a 4hrs drive this was not welcomed. Now to the bar and food. £6.80 for a pint of Ale. This is Lincolnshire, not London. £6.95 for 3 chicken wings. The fish and chips were ok though. The place is ok for 1 night and as a bolt hole for work, nothing more.
