Nice pleasant room. Facilities ok including spa sauna pool. Some areas a bit worse for wear but possible. Staff ok.

The lack of modernisation is not the issue welcome to the 1990's. Room cleaning is lax & the matress and bed are appalling. The frame moves like your on a ship on a roungh sea and the mattress: the springs flew off and ping around when you lie down whist the bed frame violently moves around also.Poor sleep and when you get up you feel like you've been battered.

Failed to amend booking to incorporate my changes made, Hotel is dirty and done cheap. Room was disgusting, holes in carpet, posts missing off bed furniture was dated, tiles in bathroom are not stuck properly with no grout and all over the place, Dinner was really bad, had chicked curry that i couldnt eat so left, £14.95 for a micro meal was a bit heavy. Overall one of the worst hotels ive ever stayed in.

Not the best no food served after 9pm no spa facilities available in evening, hotel rooms a bit dated and could do with an update ,bed very uncomfortable

The property was extremely dirty. Our room wasn’t cleaned, it felt gross to walk around in our own room or sit anywhere. The hallway upon arrival was filled with all the dirty sheets almost covering the entire hallway that the housekeepers left. All in all, it was disappointing.

Room overlooked the overflow car park. Was basic but comfortable and shower was decent. Hotel looked a bit tired in general but service was quick and friendly and everything was clean and comfortable.
